MAGMA RIM

The planet is very active volcanically, so its surface is covered by a thick layer of volcanic rocks. Its hot atmosphere consists mainly of carbon dioxide, sulfur, methane and hydrogen. Lava flows all over the globe from volcanoes. After many strong eruptions around the planet formed a ring of volcanic matter, gases and dust, which, falling on its surface resemble a meteor shower. It is a very unfriendly environment for any kind of life, also because of the large layers of magma under the planet's crust, which raise the temperature of its surface.

The photo taken by (very resistant to extremely high temperatures) probe shows the hell-looking surface of this hot planet. Numerous lava rivers and volcanic eruptions make the atmosphere heat up and contain large amounts of volcanic gases. They are highly toxic to living organisms, which is why we exclude the existence of more developed life forms.
